I researched so long until the online listing of the 2022 Dodge Charger SXT came up. We set up an appointment to test drive and from the very start Ryan King welcomed me and my mother like a family member with a warm and exceptional customer service! Ryan's last King is appropriate because no one in my life has provided such superior care and attention. We are both disabled my mother and I and he was there every step! “ We had the best car buying experience here on Saturday 3/21/26! Our salesperson was Melissa O'Neal and she was excellent! We told her what we were looking for and she helped us find it. She gave us time to decide and when we were ready, she helped us through the process. She was very thorough and kind throughout! We got exactly what we wanted in the car and in the price. She took us over to finance to sign all the paperwork and there we met Kevin. The finance people that we've dealt with in the past were OK but Kevin...Kevin was awesome. He was kind as well, very funny and made the dreaded financial part of buying a car, a really pleasant experience! He explained things thoroughly and kept everything light and fun. Maintenance service was excellent as was the service agent at front door. Bottom line. Answer a wringing phone ”
“ My experience with the service department was great overall. My service advisor, Jennifer B, was attentive and very kind, and she was a big help when it came to the diagnostics for my car. I had several questions for the technician, and she relayed them to him so he could answer them, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend coming here for car service. I gave 4 stars only because it was a little difficult to schedule an appointment by phone. ”
“ Went from 5 star at purchase to 1 star all due to me trying to get ahold of someone there, leaving numerous voicemail. Its absurd, got an email I wanted clarification on about protecting my warranty and cant get ahold of them. Seems suspicious at best... ”
